Regression : Unable to disable 'Configure IP address automatically' option after disconnecting network in chrome://settings |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 63.0.3236.0/10024.0.0 dev-channel Candy,Peppy and Reks OS: Chrome What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Sign into User -> Go to chrome://settings page -> At 'Network' section click on Wi-Fi -> select Connected Wi-Fi network (2)Click on 'Network' -> At 'Name servers' select 'Customer name servers' (3) Click on 'DISCONNECT' -> Now at 'Network' try to disable 'Configure IP address automatically' option and observe unable to disable and blink of 'Ip address' option is seen (Please refer video and screenshot) Expected: After clicking on 'DISCONNECT' should be able to disable 'Configure IP address automatically' option Actual: Instead Unable to disable 'Configure IP address automatically' option This is Regression issue as same is working fine 62.0.3202.43/9901.35.0 beta-channel Reks @stevenjb : Please confirm the issue Note: Issue is also seen on 63.0.3223.0/9977.0.0
