Login to facebook, after page loads, notification and save password bubbles are displayed at a time, dismiss the notification bubble by clicking on allow or block.

Chrome Version: 63.0.3237.7
OS: Mac 10.12.6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login to facebook for the first time.
2. After the page loads completely, Notifications bubble and Save Password bubbles are displayed at a time.
3. Click on the "Never" or "Allow" buttons in Notification bubble.

What is the expected result?
Password bubble should not be dismissed as the user clicked on Notifications bubble.

What happens instead?
Password bubble is dismissed.

Note: Issue is not observed on Windows 10 and Ubuntu 14.04

vasilii: shall we keep a password bubble if a user clicks on another bubble? I would prefer to keep. WDYT?

The password bubble on Mac listens to any click outside and closes. One shouldn't implement a behavior "dismiss on any click outside except the permission bubble". Given that the Mac UI is going away soon, I don't think we should invest our time into it.
