Unable to see last line(s) in Network tab

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open devtools and switch to Network tab
2. Visit a website that triggers enough requests to fill the list and make a scrollbar show up
3. Try to scroll down all the way to see the last line

What is the expected behavior?
The last line can be read

What went wrong?
The last line is cut off and I can not read it.

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

I'm on a HiDPI display (resolution is 3840x2160 and the scaling factor in Windows is set to 175%)

Able to reproduce this issue on Windows 10 using the latest Stable 61.0.3163.100 and Canary 63.0.3238.0 with the scaling factor set to 175%.
