Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to Version: 61.0.3163.100
2. Access any page of dir.indiamart.com/impcat/shoes.html

What is the expected behavior?
page used to load fast

What went wrong?
Not loading, PLT went up by 30% from 10th Oct.

Some questions:

- What's your reason to think this was a change in Chrome rather than something going on with the server or network?
- Is this page load time that you've observed locally, or measurement of users' page load times?
- If it's observed locally, can you attach a netlog showing the issue? Instructions are at https://sites.google.com/a/chromium.org/dev/for-testers/providing-network-details.
