The script generate_conditional_features.py should generate entries in ConditionalFeaturesForCore.cpp for each [ContextEnabled] feature. This currently needs to be added by hand to ConditionalFeaturesForCore.cpp.tmpl. ContextFeatureSettings.h should also be generated automatically from the list of [ContextEnabled] features.
