No problem, was simple enough to fix :)

I think we're on par with other non-standard platforms, so I'm going to mark this Fixed. Please re-open if there is something else that needs to be done here.

I could find vpython for linux-ppc64le from cipd by 

/ppc/depot_tools>cipd ls infra/tools/luci/vpython/linux-ppc64le
infra/tools/luci/vpython/linux-ppc64le

but if I run vpython, it shows that:

The fact that you hit "application.go:261" suggests that you did not set the environment variable, as detailed in #20.
