[Findit] support new milo hostname

Findit should support new milo hostname 'ci.chromium.org'.

1. Findit should be able to recognize such urls and get master_name, builder_name and build number from it.
2. If that hostname will be the official one, Findit should change the build urls on UI to point to it.

ci.chromium.org is official and will stay.
Path /buildbot/... will go away though.
LUCI builds will be displayed at different paths because they are not Buildbot

[Findit] Use ci.chromium.org instead of luci-milo.appspot.com

Add support to ci.chromium.org. And default build urls to use the new url format.
