Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. go to https://jsfiddle.net/2fLew33h/ 2. Choose 10 Oct as start date 3. Choose 23 Oct as End Date 4. Now, Open both of the datepicker one by one, and hover over dates and you will see extra date as I added in snap (above).. see https://stackoverflow.com/questions/46501566/google-chrome-issue-in-jquery-ui-datepicker What is the expected behavior? there should be empty spaces at the beginning / end of the months on the datepicker What went wrong? the extra spaces are populated by dates that dont exist on the calendar. Did this work before? Yes chrome 60 Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: This broke after updating to chrome 61. I tested and it worked on the latest versions of IE, firefox, safari.

Unable to reproduce the issue on the reported chrome version stable 61.0.3163.100 and on lates canary 63.0.3236.0 on Windows 7, Windows 10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.6, with the below mentioned steps. 1. Navigated to URL https://jsfiddle.net/2fLew33h/ 2. As we are unable to select the start date mentioned in the steps, we have selected some other date which is able to select, as shown in the screencast. 3. Then opened the date picker and hovered over the dates. 4. No extra dates are seen. Attaching the screen cast of the same. @Reporter: Could you please check with the fresh installation of chrome or in incognito mode. Please let us know if we need to follow any other steps in order to reproduce the issue. Thanks!

Hi there, I'm also not able to reproduce the issue you point out on the stackoverflow question. Dates that are in the past can't be selected so I can't follow your repro instructions exactly but I'm not sure if that matters. Could you try this out in Chrome Canary and see if it's still broken there?

I just checked google canary. I don't see it. However, it is showing up for me and all my coworkers who have tested it and upgraded to the latest chrome. It shows up on every datepicker. I'm surprised no one on your end is able to reproduce. Attached is a screenshot directly from jquery ui website, as well as the jsfiddle example. .

I also never could reproduce this bug since seeing the report somewhere a couple of weeks ago. Reporter, please inspect the incorrectly filled cell in devtools and see if it actually has a value inside.

If it helps, if my mouse is not hovering over a selectable date, its static, but if my mouse hovers over a selectable date, those erroneously filled days flicker between appearing / not appearing. It seems like it does it every second.

IT also flickers every time my mouse cursor moves between selectable dates.

That's super strange but I still can't repro. Unfortunately, without a being able to reproduce we can't make any progress but since it sounds like it's already fixed in newer versions I don't think there's anything for us to do anyway but wait for the fix to ship. I'm going to close this, feel free to chime in again if you're still seeing it when M63/64 ship.
