App folder icon does not disapper when going back to PEEKING mode. |

Issue descriptionWhat steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open app list and go to FULLSCREEN ALL APPs state (2) Open a folder (3) Scroll to PEEKING state What is the expected result? App folder icon disappears What happens instead? App folder icon still shows.

This fix revealed a bug in how the AppListView was resetting the folder view. This CL contains a fix and a test.
