Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open the color picker 2. Try to pick a color 3. On click, the cursor will move 1px in the last direction your cursor moved (1px right if you went right...) What is the expected behavior? Pick the color under the cursor What went wrong? The cursor moves by 1 pixel in the last direction you went with your mouse Did this work before? Unable to reproduce the issue on the reported chrome version stable 61.0.3163.100, and on the latest canary 63.0.3236.0 on Windows10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.6, with the below mentioned steps. 1.Opened dev tools 2. Clicked on an element and selected color. 3. With the help of mouse changed the color. 4. Able to pick the required color. Attaching the screencast of the same. @Reporter: Could you please mention if we have missed any steps in reproducing the issue. Thanks!

Hello, no you didn't miss any step, I tried recording chrome but I can't record the color picker.
