Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3236.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Setup a system with two monitors with different scaling (I'm using my primary monitor at 1920x180 & 125% scaling, second is 1920x1080 & 100% scaling) 2. Open a page in chrome that would trigger the auto-complete dropdown. 3. Try on both monitors. What is the expected behavior? Auto-complete dropdown should render beneath the text box. What went wrong? Auto-complete dropdown rendered out of place (See where "John" is rendered in the attached file). Did this work before? Yes Not sure, but #246468 fixed a similar problem in M29 Chrome version: 63.0.3236.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Manual Change log : https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/54.0.2836.0..54.0.2838.0?pretty=fuller&n=10000 @Could someone help us in assigning it to the concern owner from the above CL .
