Precondition :
1.Enable chrome in today's view.
2.Have a link copied in chrome.

Steps to reproduce : 
1. Launch chrome 
2. Tap on omnibox in NTP.
3. Send the app to background.
4. Open New Incognito tab from chrome quick actions.
6. Tap on tabswithcer icon and navigate to normal tab.

Observed results:
Omnibox is displayed 

Expected results:
Omni box should not be displayed.
