Issue descriptionExample URL: http://mandala.morgana-design.com/destinos/africa Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Load the given link and click on one of the destinations. 2. Scroll down. 3. Check cropped image: there is invisible text, but can be selected/copied. What is the expected behavior? Everything to be visible on mobile as it is on desktop Chrome and as it is on other browsers (firefox and ie) What went wrong? The website gets cut off on the bottom of the page in Samsung Galaxy Phones. The content does appear to be in the DOM as I can "select" it, but is for some reason not visible. This only happens in Google Chrome Mobile, but not on the desktop version. I've tried applying the translateZ(0) on the content, but that didn't seem the fix the issue. As I zoom in on the Galaxy phone, some odd "white cover" on the bottom of the page appears to be increasing over the content on the bottom. Does it occur on multiple sites: No Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 Channel: stable OS Version: 7.0 Flash Version:

Can confirm this on a Google Pixel phone as well. It appears to be related to render surface layer promotion. There is a fade-in animation on the "tab-content" div which changes the opacity from 0 to 1. This causes a layer to become a render-surface layer, but that layer appears to be mis-sized. If I remove the animation, the layer becomes a normal tiled content layer and is the right size. Will continue to investigate.

Can reproduce this issue on desktop as well by going into Nexus5x simulated mode in devtools and zooming in to the maximum extent. Not a recent regression, confirmed this in builds close to a year old.

So possibly by disabling the fade-in animation on mobile devices, the content will appear visible? Thank you for the fast response as I will be looking forward to the investigation!
