"Next button" in numeric keyboard doesn't change focus to next input

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to website with at least two numeric inputs (type=number)
2. Focus on the first one
3. Try to go to second via "Next/Go/[right arrow]" button in numeric keyboard

What is the expected behavior?
Next input is getting focus and is ready for input data

What went wrong?
Nothing happens, focus stays at the same input

Did this work before? Yes 60.0.3112.116
