Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: I have added this example fiddle. See the example code: https://jsfiddle.net/erezef/0ubaz8xz/ What is the expected behavior? The blue area should not spill over the round red corners of the outer div. What went wrong? The blue area should be clipped (overflow hidden) by the red border but the animated rotating "A' causes the blue area to spill over. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.12.6 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 27.0 r0

I simplified the test case a little here: https://jsfiddle.net/0ubaz8xz/26/ It's interesting to note that turning off the animation causes bar-inner to be clipped by its parent's overflow:hidden. Perhaps this is a paint issue?

Removed animations component since I think it might be a paint issue. Please add it back if I'm wrong.

Might have just been fixed. I'll verify. If not fixed it's still my problem.
