Unnecessary 'Nexus 5X' device name is seen on device toolbar in dev tools.

Reported by db...@etouch.net, Oct 11 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version: 62.0.3202.52 Revision d6ed027fa2ac4051e8fd20a916a8df4350c22986-refs/branch-heads/3202@{#653}(32/64 bit)
OS: Windows(7,8,10), Mac(10.12.6), Linux(14.04)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, open dev tools window and navigate to Settings section.
(2) Then navigate to 'Devices' section, and Uncheck Nexus 5X devices.
(3) Now navigate to 'Audits' section and Run audit for the same.
(4) Observe device name on device tool bar.

Actual: Unnecessary 'Nexus 5X' device name is seen on device toolbar as it is not present in list.

Expected: 'Nexus 5X' device name should not seen on device toolbar if it is not in list.

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-60(60.0.3102)

Running an Audit within DevTools now restores the state of Device Mode, I can no longer reproduce this.
