Hmm, I think these radio buttons (male or female) belongs to the same group (name="gender"), so when you tab to "Male" field, you can use arrow keys to choose either, and skipping to the next ("Register" button) is also expected behavior on the current Blink. But I confirmed this behavior is different from Firefox, so steps to resolve this issue is: 1. collect the cases of other browsers 2. research HTML spec if there is mention about how this case should behave 3. (if Firefox behavior is correct) fix Blink 4. (if event sending becomes possible in WPT) create test cases for web platform tests. This is not a regression and as far as I quick checked nothing is clearly specified, so lowering the priority to 2, and make this available for anyone to take.
