Ensure translations related to VR platform concepts match the platform's translation

Project Member Reported by ddorwin@chromium.org, Oct 11 2017

Issue description

Some user-facing messages reference VR platform-specific terminology. For example, the app/menu button as noted in issue 773544. We should ensure that the translations of such messages use appropriate terminology that matches the platform's translation.

I'm not sure how to solve this other than manual review. We can reduce the number of strings to review by parameterizing affected strings so that each concept only appears once. For example, we might parameterize
"App" or "App button" out of "Press App button to exit" (IDS_PRESS_APP_TO_EXIT).
