Recipe autoroll commit message should specify actual upstream/downstream repos

Right now it says "from upstream projects (e.g. depot_tools) into downstream projects (e.g. tools/build)" no matter which repos are actually being rolled.

This is needlessly confusing.

I haven't worked on the recipe roller in a long time. I think iannucci@ would be much better suited to handle this.
