ndtv.com website is not loading on Pixel XL -2

Application Version (from "Chrome Settings > About Chrome"): ​61.0.3163.98
Android Build Number (from "Android Settings > About Phone/Tablet"): OPM1.171010.001
Device: Pixel XL 2

Steps to reproduce: 
1. Goto ndtv.com

Observed behavior: 
Page doesnt load

Expected behavior: 
Page loads without any issue

Frequency: 100%

Additional comments: 
This issue is observed on M58 as well ​
58.0.3029.125 / OPD1.170816.017

I tried installing Beta apks of M57 (​57.0.2987.132%2Farm_64%2FMonochromeBeta) and M56 (​56.0.2924.87%2Farm_64%2FMonochromeBeta​) as M58 is the system image for O  and bug is still there.

I suspect this is a case of the website doing useragent sniffing and having a bug with the letter "O" (for example because it thinks it's Opera).
