Google Chrome OS : 9901.38.0, 62.0.3202.46 dev channel samus
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Get Help app from Uber tray.
2. 'Your Chromebook' section is seen which displays the safety, regulatory and warranty information.
3. Now disable network (i.e. go offline). Once again open Get Help app.
Actual behavior:
'Your Chromebook' section is not available. So now, even the safety and warranty information page is not shown to the user.
Expected behavior:
Even in Offline, Get Help app must display the safety, regulatory and warranty information to the user.
A note to add:
There isn't any option to download this information on the device, to make provision to read this offline.
