Last update: opening DevTools resets position of all tab panes

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press F12

What is the expected result?
Memoization of tab panes

What happens instead of that?
All custom positioned tab panes have been reset.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
