Browser crash when turn ON/OFF mobile data.

Issue description

Google Chrome	63.0.3230.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)
Platform	10009.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel eve
Firmware Version	Google_Eve.9584.86.0

Please specify Cr-* of the system to which this bug/feature applies (add
the label below).

Steps To Reproduce:
Open uber tray and turn ON/OFF mobile data


Expected Result:
Shouldn't be any crash.

Actual Result:
Seen browser crash.
Not repro when turn ON/OFF wifi network.
 
How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)
Always on Eve.

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screen shot or
log if possible.

+khormito@ - This appears to be happening on Eve which does not have built-in cellular, so I suspect it may be a Tether issue?

This seems like  issue 770863 , which has since been fixed. abodeti@, can you please provide a stack trace for the crash? If the crash is in BleSynchronizer::CompleteCurrentCommand(), we can dupe this bug.

Side note: I tried to open your debug-logs_20171010-114908 file, but I couldn't seem to open it. What is the expected file type?

63.0.3230.0 is @ 505511 and the fix is @ 506194 so that build does no thave the fix.

Let's go ahead and dupe the bug, we can re-open if the next update doesn't fix it.
