Add a filter functionality to log messages on chrome://interventions-internals. |

Issue descriptionRight now there are message logs posting on chrome://interventions-internals with different log types (e.g. "Navigation" and "Blacklist" logs) related to different URL. There should be a feature that filter out the types of navigation, URL, and words in description.
