Added filter feature for chrome://interventions-internals.

On the log tab of the page, the logs can be filter by a keyword. Only
the rows that contains the given keyword in on of the 'interested'
column (i.e. not 'log-time') will be displayed.

All rows will be displayed if no word is entered in the search bar.
