Able to reproduce this issue on reported version 61.0.3163.100 and latest dev 63.0.3236.0 using Mac 10.12.6, Ubuntu 14.04 and Win 10.
Same behaviour is seen from M50[50.0.2166.0]. Hence considering this as Non-regression and marking as Untriaged.
