Regression: Unwanted 'ON' text get selected after clicking on chrome://settings/passwords

Chrome version : 63.0.3236.0 (Official Build) 2fa96eead8c5eea003b5b7fb4f9262b3d136d76b-refs/heads/master@{#507286} 32/64 bit
OS : Windows(7,8,10), Linux(14.04 LTS), Mac(10.12.6)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://settings/passwords
(2) Click on Search icon of the page and observe 'ON' text.

Actual: Unwanted 'ON' text get selected after clicking.

Expected: No such a selection should seen.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-62', will soon update the othet info:

Good Build: 62.0.3168.0

You are probably looking for a change made after 490189 (known good), but no later than 490190 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.
