non-sync profile images on Google grid and Log out popup box.

Issue description

Chrome Version       : <Version 61.0.3163.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)>
URLs (if applicable) : all google pages containing profile images(in CHROME DESKTOP)
Other browsers tested: FIREFOX
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:FAIL FREQUENTLY
    Firefox:FAIL(OFTEN)
         IE:ALWAYS FAILS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)By signing in and signing out frequently
(2)various users signing in google account
(3)while Changing profile pictures

What is the expected result?
same profile images must be shown in both google grid as well as popup box (after updated)

What happens instead?

non-sync profile images on Google grid and Log out popup box.(same old profile picture is shown instead of new one.)

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Rechecked this issue on Windows 10, Mac 10.12.6, Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome version 61.0.3163.100 and unable to reproduce it, tried signing out of the profile multiple times and observed the same behavior. Screen shot attached.

@sreevathsanvenkatesan: Can you please reset chrome, relaunch it and try again. Please update us with your observations.

FYI, 

I have changed my profile picture once again and checked with all the Google apps and Google homepage. Still I'm facing the same issue. Please check the attached screenshots for the bug.

Note: I'm using Chrome Version 61.0.3163.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Re-tried this issue again on Windows 7 and Mac OS 10.12.6 on the latest Stable 62.0.3202.62 and latest Canary 64.0.3242.0  and unable to reproduce this issue.

Requesting someone from UI team to please look into this issue.
