<select> boxes aren't rendering default browser styles on mobile size screens

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. view a page which has a select box such as https://www.w3schools.com/html/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_elem_select on desktop view 2. inspect the select box and use the toggle device toolbar to view a smaller screen (any mobile device) 3. the select button is no longer using the default browser styles that are in the style panel. What is the expected behavior? the <select> boxes are expected to render default browser styles included a border, background and select arrows. What went wrong? The <select> boxes aren't rendering the default browser styles on mobile device view on chrome. See attached images displaying the difference between the select box styling on desktop and mobile. Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10, Mac 10.12.6, Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome stable version 61.0.3163.100. This is definitely a bug, but it's a low priority. The best we can do here is render some control which won't be exactly one from Android anyway.
