Element with float inside iframe don't visible in print preview

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open attached testcase.html
2. Click print button

What is the expected behavior?
Page with green element in left corner and red element in right corner

What went wrong?
Empty page

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? Yes 55 or 56

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10, Mac 10.12.6, Ubuntu 14.04 using stable build 61.0.3163.100. How ever this issue is fixed on Beta 62.0.3202.45 and Canary 63.0.3236.0. Doing a reverse bisect obtained the following bisect range.

Reverse Bisect:

62.0.3202.16 - Bad Build
62.0.3202.18 - Good Build

Cannot provide bisect using script as the issue is fixed in M62 branch.
