Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Any elements which have some kind of animation applied to them, whether that be via javascript or CSS, have a semi-transparent light background applied to them. I have noticed this on a couple of websites I'm working on. See codepen: https://codepen.io/farrah-r/pen/jGxaEY Weirdly, if I move the affected tab into a new Chrome window, the artifacts disappear. What is the expected behavior? They shouldn't have this background. What went wrong? See codepen: https://codepen.io/farrah-r/pen/jGxaEY and attached screen shot. Did this work before? Yes Possibly version prior to 61.0.3163.100 as only been an issue for a couple of weeks Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Thanks for the reply. Oh that's strange... No, you haven't missed any steps! You have the same version as me. It should just display with the semi-transparent blocks. That said, even though I've had a few people reporting it as bugs on the applications I'm working on, but I know it's not a problem for all Chrome/Windows 10 users. I tried disabling all extensions, and created a new profile and still had the problem. I also tried closing all other applications I had open. As I mentioned before, the only way I could 'fix' it, was to open the affected tab in a new window. See attached.

If it helps, here are two other sites I'm seeing it on: https://artesian.ai/ (the intro animation) https://artesian.ai/art-of-the-possible/ (hero/intro animation - as logo and text fades in) (screen shots attached)

Marking as fixed, since it seems to have vanished and it was never confirmed anyway. |
