How many do you need? We only run windows 10 in GCE.

I need 1 vm. I took example slave from win7_chromium_rel_ng builder, didn't know that it is windows 10. But it is OK, if I can use the same vm with win7_chromium_rel_ng builder. Then, can I ask you to deploy one vm used in win7_chromium_rel_ng builder?

You say you want it on m1 (c1 in GCE), but you gave an example of a c4 slave... do you want it in c4 or c1? I'll deploy a c1 slave for now, but if this is to be used in master4 area then it should be c4.
