Can't see the button to revoke access to USB devices with long names in Cocoa Page Info

macOS 10.12.6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Add a device at chrome://usb-internals/ with a moderately long name.
(2) Grant https://permission.site access to that device.
(3) Open Page Info to revoke it.

What is the expected result?
I see the "X" button to revoke access for the device.

What happens instead?
The "X" button is hidden past the right of Page Info.

We should either grow the Page Info width or elide the device name.

This will presumably get fixed with harmony, so I don't think we should address it separately.

This is macOS only. Other platforms extend the dialog to fit the longest name.
