Chosen device "X" button in desktop Page Info is too high.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Grant a site access to a USB device.
(2) Open Page Info

What is the expected result?
The "X" button to revoke a permission is centered with the text (or its baseline).

What happens instead?
The "X" button is too high (see screenshots).


This should probably have been fixed before shipping Web USB to the open web, but it slipped past the radar.

Note that we're currently in the process of harmonizing this UI surface and so we can address this as part of that change.

Just checked, this still occurs on Mac on Canary 64.0.3249.0. RE #c3, Harmony is only for views so we'd have to fix this separately to the Harmony changes.
