maps.google.com page is incorrectly resized after changing the orientation

iOS Version: iOS 11 only

Steps to reproduce: 
1. Load maps.google.com 
2. Rotate the device to landscape orientation (ok to do this step before step #1)
3. Rotate the device to portrait 

Observed behavior: 
Bottom part of web page is white.

Expected behavior: 
The page should resize.

Additional comments: 
This is a spinoff from cbug.com/770914. Reproducible with stock WKWebView.

I can't reproduce on iOS 12 and iPhone X, even though the webkit bug is NEW. Should we close this? Or please update the webkit bug?
