Not able to log-in to google services installed in windows 10

Reported by orodenta...@gmail.com, Sep 26 2017

Issue description

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Start the Windows
(2) Launch google applications like- Google backup and sync, Google cloud print, google remote desktop
(3) Error message in google backup and sync: Can't connect; PC appears offline in Google remote desktop; prints given from google cloud print remains queued.

I am able to load all google services in google chrome, only desktop apps appear disconnected.

What is the expected output?
Google backup and sync should load and sign in automatically. Google remote desktop should show device as available. prints from Google cloud print is delivered to the computer and sent to printer as per the print settings.

What do you see instead?
Unable to login to google backup and sync. My PC remains grayed out (indicating offline) in remote desktop. Peint jobs remained queued in cloud print.

Please provide any additional information below.
The issue is present with 2 of my remote PCs, but not from the remaining one.
All are on Windows 10 Version 1703.
One of the two PCs runs windows 10 home single language. Second runs Windows 10 enterprise. Restarting PCs and resetting modems has not solved the issue.

Attached JPG file shows 2 chrome windows logged in with my id, and yet cloud print job remaining Queued and backup and sync (at the right bottom) showing "Cant connect" message.

UPDATE: Issue appears resolved.
Thanks for moving issue to new place and taking it up for troubleshooting. But as on date, it has resolved on my PCs. But I have no idea what caused the issue, and what caused it to resolve.
It persisted for almost a week.
