Print dialog error: missing LAYOUT option to print landscape

Issue descriptionWhat steps will reproduce the problem? (1) open PDF in chrome browser (2) click on print icon or select print from hamburger menu (3) Select Canon MG4200 series printer (installed to GCP) What is the expected output? Print dialog with LAYOUT option What do you see instead? No LAYOUT option to change orientation Please provide any additional information below. Adding proper component for someone from the respective team in further debugging as issue seems specific to Canon MG4200 series printer. Works fine for me on Windows-10, chrome versions: 61.0.3163.100 and 63.0.3236.0. Layout option is seen without any issues.

For the record - issue was posted for Mac OSX 10.12.2 and Chrome Version 61.0.3163.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)

This landscape/page orientation issue still plagues Chrome OS devices and Google Cloud Print. This really makes the printing experience sub-par. Chrome OS: Version 63.0.3239.140 (Official Build) (64-bit) Printer: Brother HL-5250DN Cloud Print: via Mac OS X shared printer |
