Currently I have a check in revert_and_notify_compile_culprit_pipeline.py to bail out of reverting or sending notifications on analyses on  master.chromium.sandbox.

This is requested by tandrii@ at https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=771779.

After the master is removed, the check in findit side should also be removed.
