Steps To Reproduce:
(1) click the launcher circle at bottom right
(2) type "Recovery" to find the recovery tool app (or any other app)
(3) observe - expected - recovery tool app pops up. mouse over recovery tool app icon.
(4) observe - unexpected - split second later google search results for "recovery" appear and push recover icon down.

Expected Result:
recovery tool app icon (or whatever local app you searched for appears and stays in place so it's easy for user to click.

Actual Result:
google search results appear and push recovery tool app icon down, user trying to click recovery tool local app may instead click google search results they didn't want.

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?
Frustration and annoyance to end users.

Recommendation: good to show google search results but don't have them "push" local search results down the screen, draw them lower down.
