In the blamelist, the V8 roll[1] is the main suspect, and in that changelog[2] in particular the turbofan CLs looks suspicious.

The test (tail-time-lowpass.html) hasn't changed since Jun 2017, and the actual implementation of the BiquadFilter hasn't changed since Jul 2017 (except for printing a deprecation message a month ago).
Status: WontFix (was: Untriaged)
Test seems to be passing now.
