wrong link used for chrome://about redirect on chrome://chrome-urls

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. On Click chrome://about redircet on chrome://chrome-urls
2. wrong page redirection
3. Not available specific chrome://about page

What is the expected behavior?
If you click on the About Chrome page you should redirect on chrome://about not at Chrome://chrome-Urals page.

What went wrong?
When you click on chrome://about, then only the page for about should be there, but there is a page of Chrome://chrome-urls.

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: 

Both pages chrome://about and chrome://chrome-urls have same content.

I can reproduce on all of Chrome 61.0.3163.100 Stable, 62.0.3202.45 Beta, and 63.0.3230.0 Dev, on Linux.  When hovering over the link to chrome://about, the status bar displays chrome://about correctly, but when clicking on it, it just reloads the current chrome://chrome-urls/ page.

Interesting, this bug works both ways: when I open chrome://about and click on chrome://chrome-urls, it just reloads chrome://about.

I guess the real question is, why do we have both chrome://about and chrome://chrome-urls. Maybe someone can do a little research into that?

bnc: I don't think my CL had any effect with regards to this bug. Did I miss something?

Looking at this, in r400000 chrome://about was not listed in chrome://about. The two pages have the same contents with r400000 as it does now with more modern Chromium builds. That change happened in r435876.
