I want to log on my gmail account

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:

What is the expected behavior?
To sign in to my google account without restriction.

What went wrong?
It reports the "Connection is not Private" every time I'm 
signing to google account 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

Could you please capture a NetLog dump according to the instructions at https://sites.google.com/a/chromium.org/dev/for-testers/providing-network-details and attach it to this issue?  Please make sure to open chrome://net-export and start logging _before_ you open Gmail in a new tab.  Thank you.
