jayramankumar@ Thanks for the feedback.

Tested the issue on Windows 7, Mac OS 10.12.6 using the latest Stable 61.0.3163.100 and Canary 63.0.3236.0 by following the below steps,

1. Launched Chrome and navigated to the given link https://ibb.co/de6cbG.
2. Can observe that background object is overlapping.
The same is observed on 60.0.3112.78 chrome version as well. Please see the attached screen shot for reference.

Can you please confirm if this is the issue and if anything is missed from our end?

Thanks..

HI,

The issue is apparent in current version of chrome, redirecting to URL i
can replicate it https://ibb.co/de6cbG .
It never happened before two weeks which I remember it for sure.

Assume a site where we had no release for last 6 months. I suspected the
issue and tested it where the test was positive(issue replicated).
This is something which pop ups on a sudden in the last two weeks or so.

Would you like me to test the site in all previous versions of chrome one
by one ?

Thanks & Regards,
Jay

jayramankumar@ Thanks for the feedback.

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 7, Mac OS 10.12.6 and Ubuntu 14.04 using the latest Stable 61.0.3163.100 and Canary 63.0.3237.7.
This is a Non-Regression issue as this issue is observed from M50 chrome builds. Attached is the screen shot for the same.

Hence marking this as 'Untriaged' for further updates from Dev.

Thanks.
