Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: you can see it here: 1. http://jsbin.com/wizasel/edit?html,css,js,output calling jquery cont.scrollLeft(0) in rtl scrolls the container to the most left What is the expected behavior? it should scroll to the most right What went wrong? it seems that scrollLeft ignores rtl Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: works as expected in FF and Edge

Able to reproduce this issue on reported version 61.0.3163.100 and latest Canary 63.0.3236.0 using Win 10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.6 As this issue is seen from M50[50.0.2652.0] considering this as Non-regression and marking this as Untriaged.
