Issue descriptionVersion: 63.0.3236.0 2fa96eead8c5eea003b5b7fb4f9262b3d136d76b-refs/heads/master@{#507286} OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, navigate chrome://flags and type 'rtl' in 'Search flags' and observe Actual: Unable to search 'rtl' keyword using 'Search flags' search box Expected: Should be able to search 'rtl' keyword using 'Search flags' search box This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-63 series as in 'Chrome://flags' 'Search flags' search box appears from build # 63.0.3235.0 Kindly review the attached screenshot for reference. Note : Issue is not seen on Mac OS.
