Unable to see all matched keywords since list doesn't expand automatically in chrome://flags page.

OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.12.6)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://flags and press 'Ctrl + F' to open Find In page bubble.
2. Now enter 'rtl' or any other keyword in Find In page bubble and click on down arrow of Find In page bubble,observe matched keywords

Actual: Unable to see all matched keywords since list doesn't expand automatically
Expected: Should be able to see all matched keywords as list should expand automatically.

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 63’ and will soon update other info :
Good build:63.0.3234.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 63.0.3234.0 (Revision: 506937).
Bad build: 63.0.3235.0 (Revision: 507234).

You are probably looking for a change made after 507084 (known good), but no lat
er than 507085 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

The description text is now expanded by default enabling you to search the full text.

Note also the in built search now searches all the text.
