Issue descriptionVersion: 63.0.3235.0 bed9197136dcd4dac7e3856b56e8e4680c2fafb4-refs/heads/master@{#507234} OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.12.6) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://flags and search 'Site details' flag. 2. Now click on drop down list and select 'Enable' option and try to click near site details label,observe Actual: Unwanted movement of text is seen after clicking near site details text label Expected: Unwanted movement of text should not be seen after clicking near site details text label This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 63’ and will soon update other info : Good build:63.0.3234.0 Bad build: 63.0.3235.0
