Nothing is wrong, non-secured website basically means you're accessing it through HTTP protocol, not HTTPS (S stands for secure). Nowadays secured websites are recommended, so no of your data is send unencrypted.

Reporter: the Chromium bug reporting system is not an appropriate place to seek support for building and deploying websites.

For your particular concern, I would recommend searching for "enabling https" in a major search engine or reading the documentation available on https://letsencrypt.org/.
