Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3232.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Enable notifications for a website e.g. news / headlines 2. Wait for a new notification 3. Attempt to click on notification to get to content of the notification (article) What is the expected behavior? Notification pop-ups used to link directly to the content of the notification and then disappear. Now they do nothing. What went wrong? Notification non-clickable, the only area that is still clickable is the close and settings button at the top right of the notificaton. Did this work before? Yes Unsure, this has been a problem for a few weeks by now. Chrome version: 63.0.3232.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:
