hterm: Caret is occluded by virtual keyboard on crosh.

Chrome Version: ToT on 2017-10-03

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Press Ctrl-Alt-T and open crosh
(2) Enter tablet mode and tap the window -> virtual keyboard opens
(3) Press enter key many times

What is the expected result?
Caret shouldn't be hidden behind the keyboard.

What happens instead?
It's hidden
