Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36 Edge/15.15063 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Create a simple HTML file that has `style` and `body` element 2. Create a ruleset for `body` element with comment: /* Color: Background */ 3. Open this HTML with Chrome 4. Open Developer Tools What is the expected behavior? Developer Tools should not show any declarations. What went wrong? Developer Tools shows `Color: Background` as disabled declaration. Unable to reproduce this issue on reported version 63.0.3230.0 , and on latest canary 63.0.3235.0 using Windows 10 with the given jsfiddle file. 1.Navigated to given jsfiddle 2.Opned devtools and didn't find any Color: Background as disabled. @Reporter: Could you please let us know whether this is the jsfiddle file we need to test on? If so could you please attach the screenshot of what is expected?

This is by design. DevTools uses comments to enabled/disable declarations. |
